JĀNIS IS KNOWN FOR HIS VIBRANT MEDITERRANEAN MENUS, LOVE OF SEASONAL PRODUCTS, AND WARM PERSONALITY. AS A WSET-CERTIFIED SOMMELIER AND BOARD MEMBER OF THE LATVIAN SOMMELIERS ASSOCIATION, HE COMBINES EXPERTISE AND PASSION TO CRAFT RIVIERA’S CELEBRATED WINE PROGRAM.
